In this second video I will show you how to do some simple massage techniques for your neck and jawline.
Massage is wonderful (and underestimated) for its ability to tone the facial muscles and is often overlooked as part of a daily skincare regime.
I recommend that you spend a few minutes at the end of each day massaging your cleansed face, using your favorite oil, balm or cream. By giving yourself the gift of self-care, you will soon feel and see the positive difference it makes in your life, not just in the way you look!
