Hello and welcome to the first of my three free video series. I’m delighted that you are here.
In this first video I show you how to do two neck exercises.
These exercises are simple to perform, and with continued, correct practice you can expect to see improvements in the contour of your jawline and firming and toning of slackness around your neck.
As you will see in the video, I look kind of funny when I perform these poses, but don’t be shy, the benefits far outweigh any embarrassment you might feel :)
*Always take care when you tilt your head back. If you feel any pain or discomfort on your neck, stop.
To begin with, I recommend that you look in the mirror when you are curling your lips over your teeth, and moving the corners of your mouth back towards your molar teeth. Pay attention to what’s going on with your face, and remember, keep the rest of your face relaxed.
These exercises work, but you have to do them to get the results!
